You may think tea is just a hot drink. But there is much more to it than that. This is what Sheng Sheng GUAN from Kokokido in Souillac demonstrated to Team WOW on Friday, April 12th.

M. PARIS, our social and economic science teacher, had previously made a thorough presentation of the Japanese tea ceremony, so that our group was quite prepared for the ritual of tea preparation, but this time in the Chinese style.

First we learned about the tools that are traditionally used. Then we were offered different types of tea from different geographical parts of China, with distinctive tastes.

To quote Henry's words, "this was another very interesting window on the world".
