Résumé du Partenariat Planifié

Le Lycée Louis Vicat s'est engagé dans un projet européen Léonardo Da Vinci Partenariats, pour 2 années (du 1^er août 2009 au 31 juillet 2011).

Il compte trois pays partenaires : la Finlande, la Bulgarie et la Belgique flamande.

Le projet s'intitule "THERMOVALORISATIONS : pratiques et carrières" et porte plus particulièrement sur le Diagnostic de Performance Energétique réalisé avec une caméra infrarouge.

Plusieurs élèves du lycée des classes de Terminale STI Génie Energétique et BTS Fluides-Energies-Environnements 1^ère année ainsi qu'une équipe pluridisciplinaire de professeurs sont impliqués.

Pendant ces 2 ans, des mobilités ont été réalisées dans les différents pays partenaires. Elles ont donné matière, dans un premier temps, à un travail comparatif des pratiques de Diagnostic de Performance Energétique et des réglementations en vigueur dans chacun des quatre pays et, dans un second temps, à l'élaboration d'un Pack compétences du métier de diagnostiqueur thermique immobilier, visant la réinsertion des accidentés du travail du bâtiment ainsi que la possibilité de création d'entreprises dans ce secteur.

Ce projet s'inscrit dans le cadre du programme d'Education et de Formation Tout au Long de la Vie et est financé entièrement par la Commission Européenne.

Les objectifs visés:

1) La réalisation d'essais de D.P.E. avec l'appui d'une caméra thermique par chacun des partenaires, sur un même bâtiment, dans les différents pays partenaires:

2) La comparaison des politiques nationales et/ou régionales de conception et de construction de bâtiments basse consommation.

3) La comparaison des offres et des demandes de formation initiale et continue sur ce secteur.

4) La rédaction d'un mode opératoire commun parmi ces pays, après comparaisons et discussions.

5) La rédaction d'un référentiel commun de formation initiale d'une part, et continue d'autre part, pour des anciens accidentés du travail dans le bâtiment.

6) L'appui pour la création éventuelle d'une entreprise vers ce métier de diagnostiqueur thermique immobilier.

Summary of the planned Partnership

The aim of the partnership is to confront national and regional regulation and preferences on designing, building and renovating low-energy housing (even "positive energy" houses) through concrete examples in new construction and restoration technology, with authorities.

Partners in 4 countries compare and demonstrate, in learning situations with trainees, energetic performance diagnosis with value-added thanks to the use of a thermo graphic camera and an infrared and digitally-edited process on associated pictures.

Not only would this new pedagogical approach make learning energy-efficient-housing technologies attractive, but the trainees would also develop foreign language, multicultural skills and international team as well as test the European qualifications of the curricula in real dynamic labour market.

There would also be several benefits at the European level :

A common pedagogical documentation on the energetic performance diagnosis in housing technology could be set in English, aiming to tend to narrow the gap between the participating countries adaptation of their housing construction and maintenance technology.
The content of a vocational training course could be defined for building-accident victims who could be reintegrated into Energetic Performance diagnosis career or for people interested in creating a business dealing with real estate technical diagnosis.

Objectives :

Determine a common method for the realization of a pedagogic energy performance diagnosis test (Testing conditions, pre-requisite data, thermal camera settings, etc...) adaptable to each constructing mode, with value-added thanks to the use of a thermo graphic camera and an infrared and digitally-edited process on associated pictures.

Each team, in turns, will have to make a test on the same construction. In theory the same results should be obtained.

The results will be edited (losses; "Energy Label" and "GreenHouse Gas Label"), interpreted and and will be attempted to explain the observed differences.

The treatment of the infrared/ digital pictures, associated with the tests, will also be subjected to comparison and will be either approved or improved.

OBSERVE, IDENTIFY, ANALYSE, DISCUSS AND PROPOSE. These will be the approaches. The aim is : improvement of training activities and vocational knowledge thanks to the comparison and use of skills and qualifications of vocational educators and trainees from 4 different European countries.

A common pedagogic report on energy performance diagnosis will be written in English, with an objective to harmonize and narrow the observed variations. It should be adapted to every countries construction, design and legislation systems. The investigation and summary of studies will be put into service and applicable to people on labour market and to experts, analysing it. It is planned to define the objectives and write guidelines to training of reinstated building casualties into future real estate technical diagnosis operators or to training of people interested in creating a business dealing with real estate technical diagnosis.
